This Privacy Policy describes the ways in which “GameOn Inc” dba “ON Platform, Inc” ("ON," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information about you through our software (“GameOn Software” dba “ON Platform"), including, but not limited to, conversational applications, agents, and chatbots, and all other Company websites and applications that link to this policy. By using ON Platform, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended by us.

Information You Provide - We and our service providers collect any information that you provide when you use ON Platform, including when you create or join a chat or enter text into a chat.

By connecting to ON Platform through a messaging application, you give us permission to access, store and use your information as permitted by that service. You should review, and if necessary, adjust your messaging application privacy settings before connecting to ON Platform.

We, and our affiliates and subsidiaries, may use the information we collect for a number of purposes, including, but not limited to:

In addition, we may share de-identified reports on user demographics and traffic patterns, as well as de-identified information, with third parties. ON Platform also may contain third-party links. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the collection and use of your information by such third parties that are not under our control. How is your information secured?

We strive to maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to safeguard the information collected by ON Platform. However, no information system can be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Moreover, we are not responsible for the security of information you transmit to ON Platform over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.

Information retention and deletion policy

ON will retain information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, or where the Terms of Service requires or permits specific retention or deletion periods. Even if we delete some or all of your Personal Information, we may continue to retain and use information that has been aggregated or anonymized so that it can no longer be used for personal identification.

ON uses a secure deletion process to delete data from our servers. We will consider all requests and provide our response within the time period stated by applicable law. Where is this information processed?

Information collected through ON Platform will be processed in and subject to the laws of the United States, which may not provide the same level protection for your personal information as your home country, and may be available to the United States government or its agencies under a lawful order made in the United States. In addition, we may transfer your information outside the United States to our affiliates, business partners, and service providers located in other countries. By using ON Platform, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the United States and these other countries.
